London's Favourite Burger Bun - As Voted For By You
For those who are regular readers of m'blog, you'll know I've been running a poll for a few months asking people for their burger bun preferences. I now have enough responses (120) to put together a brief infographic on burger bun preference among London's burger loving population.

where do I buy nice brioche buns from?
ReplyDeleteNot many places do them - you could try St John Bread and Wine (St John St.) but you'll have to buy in bulk - 24-36 buns at a time. Otherwise you can make your own - a good recipe is in the Hawksmoor at Home book.
