Burger: Steak Bollywood Burger
Location: Haché in Camden (read my review of Haché burgers)
What did you think?: It's the 'Steak Bollywood' from Haché in Camden! It's a nice slab steak seasoned with curry spices and mango chutney and is topped with an onion bhaji! Two of my favourite food cultures coming together, sadly Haché weren't selling their burgers with brioche buns at the time but I can only imagine it would further the quality of this beauty. |

I don’t care where the burger comes from it HAS to be 80% or it must contain 20% fat. 90% turns out like a hockey puck, or a bloody hockey puck. just sayin’
