Hamburger Gourmet - the must have hamburger recipe book now in English

I received a lovely surprise in the post the other day - a press review copy of the upcoming ENGLISH TRANSLATION of Hamburger Gourmet*.

The book is authored by, among others, Vincent Garnier the founder of chic Paris hamburger chain BLEND, who clearly had a lot of fun writing it.

I purchased the original version in French earlier this year. However, to see the English translation with it's fabulous infographics, tips for a great burger, short recipes, and of course the same lip-smackingly delicious photography, well it's glorious.

You can purchase Hamburger Gourmet*, published by Murdoch Books, from 7th November. It has a retail price of £14.99, but you can order the book on Amazon*.

My advice to avid burger fans is get your orders in now - you won't be disappointed!
