I love a good infographic. In fact the infographic I created in 2013 to highlight London's burger preferences, and create London's first set of Burger Top Trumps was even one of my most popular posts for a few months. So as as I come to the end of my Meat Free January, I've been thinking about the length of the supply chain, and the amount of work that goes into making that perfect burger – something which I'm guilty of completely taking for granted.
For my 2014 infographic, therefore, I've taken those thoughts and build what I'm calling 'The Journey of a burger: From field to fist'. I think it's really important to be aware of what goes into creating the most versatile of comfort foods, the hamburger...before you stuff it in your face!

Genius! But it's what you might be working on now that really scares me!

ReplyDeleteHave a few fun things in the pipeline - so watch this space :)
You're welcome! Please just stay away from infographics on what happens once the burger enters the human body, for pity's sake! :o
